SHIPPING
Domestic Shipping
All US orders are shipped via USPS, and tracking will be included with every order. Regular orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days following receipt of purchase — not including national holidays. Custom pieces, such as Hand Painted Lion Pack Peg Dolls, Custom Hand Painted Lion Pack Peg Dolls, and any custom artwork, are shipped after production. It will take up to 4 weeks after purchase before shipping.
We cannot accept responsibility for lost, damaged or delayed orders caused by the postal service.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped using standard US International Priority Mail. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow at least an additional 3-4 weeks shipping time for international orders. Custom pieces, such as
Hand Painted Lion Pack Peg Dolls, Custom Hand Painted Lion Pack Peg Dolls, and any custom artwork, are shipped after production. Please allow 2-4 weeks after purchase before shipping.
